In collaboration with İstanbul Şişli Municipality, Liv Hospital conducted heart attack risk screening using advanced technology on people over the age of 40 within the determined risk criteria, in between September 1st - December 31st, 2013. To determine the risk of heart attack, a free of charge screening was performed, which comprised Risk Calculation, Blood Pressure Measurement, ECG Capture, Blood Test (HDL, LDL, Cholesterol, Fasting Blood Sugar), cardiology examination according to the test results, and coronary calcium score test. For the first time in Turkey, the calcium scoring test, which determines the risk of future cardiovascular disease, was performed as a part of the screening.
